What patients report about Dentmetrik
Based solely on the provided review, the specific recurring problem reported at Dentmetrik is that the clinic refuses to provide free examinations or X-rays for patients experiencing pain, particularly if they have been treated elsewhere. One reviewer stated that staff "told me that the examination and X-ray were not free and that they wouldn't do them without payment."
We quote the actual 1–2★ reviews below so you can verify each one yourself, and weigh them against a clinic with a clean record.
Who treats you — and who is accountable
The biggest divide in Turkish dentistry is whether a named specialist treats you start-to-finish, or your case is assigned within a rotating team. At Taki Dent, Prof. Dr. Sadık Taki — a specialist prosthodontist with 17 peer-reviewed publications and Turkish Dental Association membership — personally assesses, treats and follows up every case and stays reachable on WhatsApp, so the person who consents your plan is the one accountable for it. Ask Dentmetrik for the name of the individual dentist who will perform your surgery, and verify their register entry.
Guarantee & aftercare
Taki Dent's guarantee is a tiered written guarantee (lifetime material guarantee on implants; 5 years on zirconia crowns and laminate veneers; 2 years on composite restorations); corrective work covered by the guarantee is free at the clinic, while travel and accommodation are not automatically covered. Every patient also receives a serialised implant passport. Get Dentmetrik's guarantee terms in writing, including who pays for corrective work and return travel.

★1 Çağla Bekdemir —
"When I went to the clinic because of my pain, they told me that the examination and X-ray were not free and that they wouldn't do them without payment. I had been treated elsewhere before, but this was the first time I had encountered something like this. It was a really bad experience."
